How renting works
One price rule, three terms, one deposit, and a GST invoice every month. Here is all of it.
The terms
- Term
- 12, 24 or 36 months. Published prices are for 36 months; 12 and 24-month rates are on the quote.
- Monthly rent
- 4.5% of the device’s Apple India MRP a month on 36 months, plus 18% GST.
- Deposit
- 15% of MRP per device, paid once, refunded at the end of the term.
- Invoicing
- Monthly in advance, with GST. One GSTIN or branch-wise across several.
- Cover
- AppleCare+ for the whole term: hardware defects, battery service and two accidental damage incidents.
- End of term
- Renew on the same devices, move to current models, or hand them back. We collect anywhere in India.

Step 2
Get a written quote
For your term and city, with the deposit and GST shown. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Step 3
We deliver, enrolled
Devices arrive sealed and added to your Apple Business Manager. The delivery date is confirmed on the quote.
Step 4
Renew, add or return
Add devices as you hire, swap people mid-term, and at the end renew, upgrade or hand them back.
What comes with every device
- Brand-new, sealed devices
- Every device is new and factory-sealed, bought through the Apple Device Purchase Programme. We do not rent refurbished or pre-used machines.
- AppleCare+ for the whole term
- Hardware defects, up to two accidental damage incidents and battery service are covered. Normal wear and tear is expected and not charged.
- Enrolled in your Apple Business Manager
- Devices are added to your Apple Business Manager and arrive ready for your device management, so a new joiner signs in and starts.
- A GST invoice every month
- Rent is invoiced monthly in advance with 18% GST, which a registered business claims as input tax credit against the same month.
- Collected when someone leaves
- Tell us when an employee exits. We collect the device anywhere in India and redeploy it to the replacement.
- Custom configurations
- Need 48GB, 64GB or 128GB of memory? We order built-to-order Macs from Apple to your specification; they take four to six weeks.

Questions buyers ask
How much does it cost to rent a Mac or iPad?
On a 36-month term, the monthly rent is 4.5% of the device’s Apple India MRP, plus 18% GST. A ₹1,49,900 MacBook Air rents from ₹6,746 a month. Shorter terms of 12 and 24 months are quoted on request, and larger fleets get volume pricing.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit of 15% of the device’s MRP is paid once at the start and returned at the end of the term.

Are the devices new?
Yes. Every rental is a new, factory-sealed device bought through the Apple Device Purchase Programme. We do not rent refurbished machines.
What happens if a device is damaged?
AppleCare+ is included for the whole term. It covers hardware defects, battery service and up to two accidental damage incidents. Normal wear and tear is not charged.
Can we claim GST on the rent?
Rent is invoiced monthly in advance with 18% GST, which a registered business claims as input tax credit against the same month. Confirm the treatment with your CA for your books.
Do you deliver outside Pune?
Yes, anywhere in India. We are based in Pune; the delivery date for your city is confirmed on the quote.
What happens at the end of the term?
Renew on the same devices, upgrade to current models, or return them. We collect from wherever the devices are.
Can we rent a configuration that is not listed?
Yes. Built-to-order Macs with more memory or storage are ordered from Apple to your specification and take four to six weeks.
