Who we invoice
An Indian company with a GSTIN. For a foreign company that is one of three: your Indian subsidiary, your branch or liaison office if it is registered for GST, or your employer of record if your India team is employed through one.
The parent company abroad is not invoiced, and devices are never supplied outside India.
Currency and GST
Invoices are in rupees, monthly in advance, with 18% GST added. A GST-registered recipient claims that GST as input tax credit against the same month, so for a registered business the GST is not a cost. Confirm the treatment with your CA.
The dollar figures on this site use one published rate so you can budget; they are approximate, and the invoice is always in rupees.

How billing works for foreign companies: questions
Can a foreign company with no Indian entity rent?
Through an Indian company with a GSTIN, usually your employer of record. We do not invoice companies outside India.
Can we pay from abroad?
Invoices are in rupees to the Indian entity. How that entity is funded is between it and its parent; the quote states payment terms.
Is the GST a cost for us?
Not for a GST-registered recipient, which claims it as input tax credit. An unregistered recipient cannot, so it should rent through a registered entity or employer of record.
Why rupees and not dollars?
The devices are bought, rented and used in India. The dollar figures on the site are for budgeting only.
