Start with five and grow
There is no capital to approve and nothing to import. Each person costs 4.5% of the Mac’s Apple India MRP a month on a 36-month term, plus GST and a refundable deposit, and you add Macs as you hire.
If the India team grows into a centre, the same rate card carries on. If plans change, the term ends and the Macs come back.
Remote from day one
First hires in India are often remote, or in a co-working space while the office is found. We deliver to each person’s address anywhere in India. The Mac arrives sealed and added to your Apple Business Manager, so it enrols in your device management when they sign in.
Who we invoice at this stage
Our invoices go to an Indian company with a GSTIN. Before you have an entity, that is usually your employer of record. Once you set one up, the rental can move to it. The detail is in how billing works for foreign companies.

Your first hires in India: questions
Is there a minimum order?
Tell us how many people you are starting with. The rate card is the same per device; volume pricing applies to larger fleets.
Can we rent before we have an Indian entity?
Through your employer of record, yes. Our invoices go to an Indian company with a GSTIN, and that is usually who it is at this stage.
What if someone leaves in the first year?
We collect the Mac from their home and redeploy it to the next hire. The rental stays on the device, not the person.
Which Mac should a first hire get?
MacBook Air suits most roles. Engineers usually get MacBook Pro. MacBook Neo is the lowest-cost Mac for support and operations roles.
