Who do you invoice?
An Indian company with a GSTIN: your Indian subsidiary, a GST-registered branch, or your employer of record. Invoices are in rupees, monthly in advance, with 18% GST.
What does a Mac cost a month?
The rent is 4.5% of the device’s Apple India MRP a month on 36 months. A MacBook Air starts at ₹6,746 a month, about US$70, plus GST and a refundable deposit of 15% of MRP.
Can headquarters approve the quote?
Yes. The quote can go to headquarters for sign-off; the contract and invoices sit with the Indian entity that uses the devices.
