Who rents: you or your employer of record
Our invoices go to an Indian company with a GSTIN. If you have no entity in India yet, that is usually your employer of record, which rents the Macs and passes the cost to you on its own invoice. If you do have an Indian entity, it can rent directly.
Ask your employer of record first whether it supplies equipment or lets you choose. Many let the client choose; the quote can be made out to them.
Delivered to homes, one start date at a time
Employer of record teams are usually remote. Give us each person’s start date and city; the Mac goes to their address, sealed and already added to your Apple Business Manager, so it enrols in your device management when they first sign in.
Hire one person or twenty. The rate is the same 4.5% of MRP a month on 36 months, and larger fleets are quoted for volume.
When someone leaves
Tell us the exit date. We collect the Mac from the employee’s home anywhere in India and redeploy it to the next hire, so the device stays on the rental while the person changes.
AppleCare+ runs for the whole term and covers hardware defects, battery service and up to two accidental damage incidents. Loss and theft are not covered by AppleCare+; the quote states how a lost device is charged.

Can a company with no Indian entity rent directly?
Our invoices go to an Indian company with a GSTIN, which is usually your employer of record. Tell us how your team is employed and the quote sets out the options.
Who claims the GST?
The company we invoice. A GST-registered employer of record or Indian entity claims the 18% GST on rent as input tax credit. Confirm the treatment with your CA.
Can we move the Macs if we later set up our own entity?
Tell us when you move the team. We set out on a new quote how the rental moves to your entity, so people keep working on the same Macs where possible.
What is the monthly cost per person?
From ₹3,596 a month for the lowest-priced MacBook, about US$37, on a 36-month term plus 18% GST and a refundable deposit of 15% of MRP.
